MS. PENA telling homeowner to appear at the next Board meeting to see the Board ratify the Duck solution wheras the south pool which homeowners own and pay dues to use are not allowed for the Board wants to take care of four ducks,,female/male and two chicks.
As of this date June 20, 2011, 330 homeowners are still deprived of using a pool that was renovated for $400,000 and had it closed down last year by the health department due to duck droppings unsafe to humans.

Ms. Pena, acting on behalf of the entire 330 SURFSIDE HOMEOWNERS is also being paid by 330 SURFSIDE HOMEOWNERS.

COMMUNICATON BETWEEN a homeowner and Ms. Pena shows that on June 21, 2011, the Board will, for the record, RATIFY their reasons for the shutting out 330 homeowners for use of the pool the past five months.

The pool is closed due to the ducks and will be closed until either the ducks leave or when there is a way to keep them out and from coming back to the pool.
As for your request for the Minutes that show the Boards decision to have the pool closed again, I will have it for you on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 as the Board will be ratifying their decision at tomorrow nights meeting. I will send you a draft copy of the minutes.
I encourage you to attend the meeting tomorrow night at 6 PM at the South Clubhouse as there will be some recommendations to resolve the duck matter being presented.
