Princess comes back and stays at her SURFSIDE HOME BY THE SEA ASSOCIATION  pool, where 330 homeowners reside.

Since there are two pools, the Board of Directors:

...have CLOSED THE SOUTH POOL, RENOVATED FOR $400,000 ), and directed  the membership to only use the front pool, which is a half mile away from the furthest living homeowner.

The Board did not notify the 330 homeowners , which is BY LAW in the CCRs.

The Board did not follow due process per CCRS and first amendment and fourth amendment of Constitution.

BOARD members, who do not do their FIDUCIARY responsbility to the Association per CCRs are liable for their OWN actions and cannot be covered by HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INSURANCE.

Board member who acts upon their own intuition is a Board member who will quit or get sued or both.
