It usually takes only a few hours for something to move through. If a sperm were to survive the stomach (which is likely), the cell walls of the Large intestine can absorb it. There is a chance then, that the sperm will be transferred to the uterus where there egg CAN be fertilized.The best way to counter act this is to drink a glass of vinegar after swallowing. The chemicals in the vinegar break down the cell walls of the sperm and they die. Hope this has helped!
