  • Clark to remain in the starting five: Lakers forward Earl Clark was back in the starting lineup Monday against the Bulls, and from the sound of it, he could become a permanent fixture. Prior to the game, coach Mike D’Antoni told reporters that Clark would be his starting power forward moving forward, with Pau Gasol moving to the bench. Clark scored 12 points in the game, on 6 of 13 shooting, while snagging eight rebounds. He added a pair of blocks in 35 minutes, in a 95-83 loss.

    FANTASY ANALYSIS
It looks like Clark might actually get the lion’s share of the minutes as the Lakers’ starting power forward, as he saw nine more minutes than Gasol. Clark has gone from playing a very limited role to starter in only a few weeks’ time, and he might end up sticking in this role. We will need to see how the Lakers use Clark, but he is averaging 9.8 points and 9.8 rebounds per game over the last five, with 3.0 assists in 30.8 minutes. Clark is worth picking up in most deeper Fantasy formats at this time.
