Justin Bieber Smoking Pot? Photos Emerge Of The Teen Star Partying Days After Paparazzo Was Killed

Justin Bieber's year is not off to a good start.
Days after a paparazzo was killed while trying to take pictures of Bieber's Ferrari, photos have emerged of the 18-year-old singer smoking what appears to be marijuana at a big party inside a Newport Beach hotel room on Jan. 2.
TMZ obtained the snaps of Bieber holding an alleged blunt and laughing with friends, including 19-year-old Lil Twist, who was driving Bieber's car at the time the paparazzo was killed on a highway in Los Angeles, Calif., on Jan. 1. According to sources at the party, Lil Twist and his brother were the ones dishing out the pot to guests.
After the photos surfaced, Bieber took to his Twitter to issue an apology of sorts.
"Everyday growing and learning. trying to be better. u get knocked down, u get up," he wrote last night. "Back on tour tomorrow. ready to see u all smile. time to do what im supposed to be doing. performing. #BELIEVEtour."
Ironically enough, Bieber's insiders have been adamant that the paparazzo who was killed lied when he said Bieber was in possession of weed hours before the fatal accident.
And although security personnel were present in the hotel room, no one seemed to mind Bieber's behavior -- and obviously someone didn't mind snapping the photos.
